CANCELED - Taste of Korea: Live Cooking Class with KSCPP
The Korean Spirit and Culture Promotion Project will be offering a cooking class via Zoom! Participants will learn how to make Japchae (Potato starch noodles with various vegetables) with step-by-step instructions, as well as learn about the health benefits of traditional Korean meals and watch a short documentary film on Bangjja, traditional Korean bronze ware. 10
