On Monday, March 11 at 6:30 p.m., Marblehead's Tree Warden, Jonathan Fobert, will be the next presenter for the Intro to Marblehead Town Government series. Join us in person at the library or online via Zoom to learn more about his responsibilities for Marblehead.  

Jonathan Fobert has worked in the tree care industry for over 30 years in various roles. He started his arboricultural career With Matthew R Foti Tree Service in Lexington, Massachusetts, where he became a Massachusetts certified arborist and held a pesticide applicator license. Following Foti Tree service, he started his own tree business in Marblehead Fobert Tree. Eventually, he went to work for Shelter Tree Care Products and was responsible for outside large tree equipment sales, dealing directly with Town and City municipalities and designing a climbing and safety program for the National Park Service. He has been the tree warden in Marblehead for the last three years and is currently a Massachusetts Qualified Tree Warden serving on the Massachusetts Tree Wardens Executive Committee as the Essex County representative.
